En ce temps de pandémie, plusieurs éléments contribuent à augmenter notre niveau de stress.  Vous souhaitez retrouver l’harmonie qui régnait auparavant. Comprendre et accepter que le stress ne se réduit pas de la même façon chez les hommes et les femmes sont des clés importantes à explorer.

Aussi étrange que cela puisse paraître, la gestion du stress du conjoint peut être une source d’irritation pour sa partenaire. Or, un homme qui ne réduit pas son stress n’a pas ce qu’il faut pour contribuer à la réduction du stress de sa conjointe!
