Le projet de loi sur la laïcité et les symboles religieux est reporté au printemps. Puisque ce débat soulève bien des passions, prendre son temps s’avère un choix judicieux. Mais au fait, pourquoi est-ce que ce projet de loi est si houleux? D’une part parce qu’il vise à restreindre les libertés et d’autre part, parce qu’il donne une légitimité à l’Etat de remettre en question des droits fondamentaux.
